Having recently returned from 6 weeks with a family who had multiple emergency crises, I am constantly gratefull for the massive assistance I recieved from:
those of you who prayed for my work to be effective, from the Source of all Creation, from my wonderfull spirit helpers, and from the family who returned in kind with allowing me in, respect, love and caring as well as gratitude.
What a fantastic experience and learning time. So what did I learn, like really get?
especially 2 major things:
without expectations our body and souls stay lighter and more functional
every moment is right now, fueled by the breath which brings life - appreciation and awareness of this makes for a much smoother time
We did not loose anyone from this world on this adventure, and we celebrated immensely. But each of us came away with the awareness that death is immenent, life is a gift, and in either case, katy is honored to assist.
